Residential Respite Care
Vector Care operates registered residential respite stay dedicated to people with learning disabilities with underlying health issues and autism spectrum between the age 18 to 65. Our facility has modern amenities with en-suite rooms.
We cater for individuals specific dietary and cultural needs.We provide innovative support that focuses on helping people to become as independent as possible. Every individual has an identified member of staff who is responsible for coordinating person centred care
Dorchester House has 4 bedrooms with en-suite. It is located in West Harrow close to local shops and amenities. Harrow Town Centre is just 0.5 miles away which has an array of shops and restaurants. Cinema and Gym are also located within the town centre alongside Northwick Park Hospital.
We offer varied times and duration of stay, from tea visits to overnight stay.
We also provide transport service.
We work very closely with Harrow, Brent, Ealing and Hillingdon Adult Learning Disability Teams and specialists.
